Muay Thai Training

Total Boxing is a Black Belt School – meaning we work toward helping all our students progress to the highest levels of Muay Thai. Our school is dedicated to the art of Muay Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and American Boxing. We are not just some commercialized gym that wants to push you through the levels as fast as possible, but rather teach strong foundations and solid fighting skills. We start out by introducing students to the basics and fundamentals and building on to higher, more challenging techniques. We never force anyone to spar, but should you want to test your abilities, our students are ready and willing to do so at a pace both fighters are comfortable with – and only with full protective gear and pads.


Here’s some of what you’ll learn along with what you’ll get by training Muay Thai Kickboxing with us…

– You’ll learn devastating knockout strikes and build fight-stopping power in your punches, kicks, elbows, and knees
– How to defend yourself and take control of an opponent from the “clinch” position (when you’re in really close quarters or when someone grabs you)
